Payment Policy
Payments and deposit can be sent via Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer/wire, Remitley and Paypal.
Refundable Damage Deposit
$250.00 Refundable after 7 days after check out if no damages is reported to the property and all the inventory is in the property.
Cancellation Policy
READ CAREFULLY
For ANY cancellation, a $250 USD NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be charged in addition to:
Reservations 7-13 days
Cancel 30 days before check-in = 100% money received is refundable
Cancel 29-15 days before check in = 50% money received is refundable
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Reservations 14 days or more
Cancel 90 days prior to arrival = 100% money received is refundable
Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, money received is 50% refundable
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Other Terms:
• Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the owner with the possibility of a credit towards a future stay within the next 365 days. Certain dates may not be applicable.
• NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, EASTER BOOKINGS.
• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, NO SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
• Any cancellation requests must be IN WRITING and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. Refunds will be issued in USD.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of but not limited to family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
